3. Focus on massaging the serious areas.

4. Pat your head. Do it 2 to 3 times a day, 60 times each time, use both hands to apply a little force, from light to heavy and then from heavy to light, pat from the front hairline to the back hairline, then pat both sides of the head, and pat the entire head until there are no dead corners left.

5. Comb your hair at any time. I put the small wooden comb in my pocket or handbag, and whenever I have free time, I take it out and comb my hair. I comb it left and right, back and forth, repeatedly, and never get tired of it. It may take at least ten seconds or at most several minutes, depending on the situation and I can do it flexibly.

Now that you know what to do about hair loss, in fact, in addition to regulating hair loss through the above-mentioned massage methods, you can also regulate it through diet. Chinese medicine believes that abundant blood will lead to hair growth, so eating more blood-enriching foods can effectively help you prevent hair loss. Kidney-tonifying also has the effect of preventing hair loss, so you can eat more black sesame, black beans and other kidney-tonifying and hair-nourishing foods.
