Is moxa ash effective in treating eczema?

Is moxa ash effective in treating eczema?

Mugwort ash is made by burning mugwort leaves. Using mugwort ash to treat eczema is not a folk remedy, but an effective method. Mugwort ash has certain antipruritic and anti-inflammatory effects, so it can be used to treat eczema. In addition to treating eczema, moxa ash can also have many other uses, such as treating athlete's foot, treating acne, treating baby's red and swollen buttocks, etc.

How does moxa ash treat eczema?

Mugwort ash is actually the ash made from burning dry mugwort leaves. Many people mistakenly believe that these ashes are worthless waste and often throw them into the trash can, but some people do not do this and even use mugwort ash to treat eczema.

In fact, moxa ash has certain antipruritic and anti-inflammatory effects. The main use of moxa ash in treating eczema is to help alleviate the severe itching that patients experience after the onset of eczema. Therefore, moxa ash is indeed helpful in treating eczema. However, it should be noted that the causes of eczema are complex, and simply using moxa ash to treat eczema is far from enough. Patients must go to a regular hospital for diagnosis and treatment, and do relevant care in daily life to truly solve the eczema symptoms.

In addition to being used to treat eczema, wormwood ash also has the following uses in our lives:

1. Mugwort ash is also very effective in treating baby's red buttocks. I once mixed mugwort ash with sesame oil and applied it to my son's red buttocks. Then I put on a diaper as usual, and when I changed it next time, I found that his little butt was not red at all. Mothers with babies can try it.

2. If you suffer from athlete's foot, apply moxa ash on the affected area, which will stop the itching immediately. For common athlete's foot, if you do it several times a day for a few days, it will be cured. This method is very effective! If your athlete's foot is particularly severe, combining it with moxibustion will have better results.

3. If you have acne that is red and swollen, apply some wormwood ash on it. It will dry up quickly and fall off slowly without leaving any acne marks.

4. Use a facial mask made of mugwort ash and egg white, or mugwort ash, milk and honey, and apply it thickly on your face. Wash it off after 20 minutes. You will find that not only your skin becomes whiter, but also becomes particularly delicate and translucent.

5. Add some moxa ash to facial cleanser and use it to wash your face. You will feel particularly clean and refreshed after washing.

6. Mugwort ash is a natural deodorizer. Put it in a small cloth bag and place it in the toilet , kitchen or refrigerator. It can remove odors and is comparable to bamboo charcoal.

7. Some people's feet sweat easily. Put a bag of wormwood ash in the shoes you take off, and it has a great moisture-absorbing effect.

8. Mugwort ash is an excellent wood ash fertilizer. Mix mugwort ash with soil, and all flowers and plants will like it. At least the flowers I grow with mugwort ash are all thriving.
