High indirect bilirubin usually means liver diseases such as hepatitis, cirrhosis, jaundice, etc., accompanied by liver cell damage. It may also be caused by anemia and drinking. You should arrange your diet properly, live a regular life, be in a good mood, pay attention to the combination of movement and rest, and never seek medical treatment indiscriminately or abuse drugs when you are sick. Please note the following:

1. The diet should be light, such as bean products, fish, vegetables, fruits, etc., which contain a lot of vitamins A, B, C, E, have good antioxidant function and are easy to digest and absorb.

3. Avoid drinking alcohol and eating too much sweets.

Indirect bilirubin is mainly derived from the destruction of red blood cells, and the bilirubin that has not undergone glucuronidation in the liver is called indirect bilirubin. A common symptom of high indirect bilirubin is jaundice, which causes yellowing of the sclera, skin, urine, mucous membranes, and other tissues and body fluids. In addition, there are symptoms of liver disease such as decreased appetite, fatigue, low fever, nausea, vomiting, and abdominal pain. Patients with high indirect bilirubin due to anemia may experience dizziness, fatigue, muscle or joint pain, etc.
