Today, as living conditions are improving, more and more of us are pursuing health preservation, how to make our bodies better and how to make our lives more effective in fighting diseases. Health preservation is a pursuit and also a mentality. Not everyone can grasp the scale of health preservation. If this scale is not grasped well, it may make our body sick. Here I would like to introduce a disease: gallbladder polyps. For health reasons, people will pay much more attention to diseases than before, because everyone wants to have a good body. Speaking of gallbladder polyps, this is a common disease among humans. Let’s introduce in detail some of the symptoms of this disease. The so-called gallbladder polyps refer to a general term for a type of lesions in which the gallbladder wall protrudes into the cavity in a polyp-like manner, also known as "gallbladder protrusion lesions." Clinically, gallbladder polyps include mucosal polypoid hyperplasia caused by gallbladder inflammation, polypoid changes caused by gallbladder mucosal cell degeneration, gallbladder adenomatous polyps, and polypoid gallbladder cancer. Pathologically, gallbladder polyps can be divided into benign polyps and malignant polyps. Benign gallbladder polyps are divided into two categories: benign tumor polyps and pseudotumor polyps. Benign tumor polyps can originate from epithelial tissue (adenoma) and supporting tissue (hemangioma, lipoma, etc.), while pseudotumor polyps include cholesterol polyps, inflammatory polyps, gallbladder adenomyoma, ectopic polyps, etc. Adenomatous polyps of the gallbladder are potential precancerous lesions and are associated with the occurrence of gallbladder cancer. In contrast, pseudotumor polyps such as cholesterol polyps, inflammatory polyps and gallbladder adenomyomas will not become cancerous. The surgical treatment of gallbladder polyps mainly involves the determination of whether the gallbladder polyps are benign or malignant, so as to achieve early detection of malignant and precancerous lesions and early surgical resection. Gallbladder polyps generally have mild symptoms or even no symptoms, and lesions in the gallbladder are only discovered during an accidental B-ultrasound examination. A small number of patients experience upper abdominal discomfort, nausea, vomiting, and loss of appetite, which may be accompanied by abdominal pain. The pain is located in the right upper abdomen or right hypochondrium, accompanied by radiation to the right shoulder and back, without fever or jaundice. It can also cause jaundice, cholecystitis, bile duct bleeding, pancreatitis, etc. Long-pedunculated polyps located at the neck of the gallbladder may cause biliary colic, with acute attacks during inflammation and infection. People's understanding of the disease of gallbladder polyps also prompts them to prevent gallbladder polyps in their lives. With the current level of medical technology, the general treatment for gallbladder polyps is surgery. So there is no need to worry too much, just keep a calm mind. If you find yourself having similar symptoms, go to the hospital in time for treatment. Do not delay if you are sick, so as not to miss the best time for treatment. |
