1. Before surgery

Those who are to be examined are prohibited from having sexual intercourse after their menstruation is over.

Best time to check: 3-7 days after menstruation ends

Preoperative examinations: Hepatitis series, AIDS, syphilis, electrocardiogram, blood routine, four coagulation tests, leucorrhea routine

2. After surgery

No sexual intercourse or bathing for at least 2 weeks

Appropriate oral antibiotics

A small amount of vaginal bleeding is normal. If vaginal bleeding increases, come to the hospital for treatment at any time

Advantages of hysteroscopy

Hysteroscopy can detect abnormal lesions such as endometrial inflammation, polyps, adhesions, mediastinum, submucosal fibroids, etc. It is not only an examination method, but also can achieve certain treatment purposes. Hysteroscopy can separate intrauterine adhesions, remove submucosal pedunculated myomas, and insert and remove IUDs. At the same time, diagnostic curettage can be performed during the operation to rule out abnormal endometrial lesions.
