Decoction in water, 1 dose per day, twice a day.

Jiuxiang Decoction: used for kidney deficiency, timidity, pericardium deficiency and cold, and impotence. 30 grams of ginseng, 15 grams of fried jujube kernel, 6 grams of polygala, 3 grams of poria, 3 grams of galangal, 3 grams of aconite, 30 grams of Morinda officinalis, 9 grams of cinnamon, 6 grams of pine nuts, 15 grams of astragalus, 9 grams of angelica, and 6 grams of dodder seed. Decoction in water, 1 dose per day, twice a day.

3. Tianyi Decoction: nourishes yin and moistens dryness, clears away heat and replenishes essence, used for kidney yin deficiency. 15 grams of Rehmannia root bark, 9 grams of Moutan bark, 30 grams of Rehmannia glutinosa, 15 grams of Scrophularia ningpoensis, 15 grams of Euryale ferox, 9 grams of Dioscorea opposita, 9 grams of Achyranthes bidentata, and 3 grams of cinnamon. Decoction in water, 1 dose per day, twice a day.

4. Longdan Xiegan Decoction: Suitable for damp-heat in the liver and gallbladder. It includes 9 grams of Gardenia (fried with wine), 4.5 grams of Gentiana (fried with wine), 6 grams of Plantago seed, 3 grams of Bupleurum, 8 grams of stir-fried Scutellaria, 9 grams of Angelica (washed with wine), 9 grams of Rehmannia (washed with wine), 6 grams of Alisma, 6 grams of Akebia, and 3 grams of raw Licorice. Grind the above ingredients into coarse powder, decoct in water and take on an empty stomach.
