Black toenails

Black toenails

In daily life, we often see girls who love beauty, but if these girls find their imperfections, they will try their best to improve them. This is a bad psychological disease. In daily life, we see a disease in which nails turn black. This type of disease presents a relatively rich variety of symptoms, so it is impossible to determine the classification of the disease simply by the color of the toes.

The darkening of toenails is definitely closely related to our body. Patients who have not suffered any trauma should pay attention to their health. The following are some suggestions for judging toe color diseases, but they cannot fully determine the symptoms of the disease and further diagnosis is needed.

There are generally several situations that cause toenails to turn black, and patients need to distinguish the cause in time. If the nails have not suffered any external injuries before and they are blue (almost black), it indicates that there is a problem with the respiratory system in the body and that you are prone to cardiovascular disease; if they are blue, it is a sign of poor blood circulation. In the case of black toenails, it is recommended to go to the dermatology department for a fungal examination and then formulate a treatment plan based on the examination results.

Toenail color:

Gray: May have low energy, easily causing anemia, fatigue, and weakness.

Pink: The organ functions may decline and the physical energy may be over-consumed, which may easily lead to diabetes, hyperthyroidism and other diseases.

Purple: It can easily cause poor cardiovascular blood circulation, insufficient blood supply and oxygen supply, and easily lead to dizziness, headache, and arteriosclerosis.

Black: More common in people with severe heart disease, tumors or long-term medication.

Toenail condition

Dark color and multiple vertical lines: This is a manifestation of insufficient water in the body, and the organs and tissues corresponding to this toe are weak.

Dark color, uneven, and with many horizontal lines: This is a manifestation of anemia and malnutrition, or a physical disorder a few months ago. ·

There are many treatments for onychomycosis, which can be divided into three categories:

(1) Surgical nail removal: The affected nail is removed under local anesthesia. This method causes large wounds, bleeding, and is prone to infection. Generally, you will feel more pain after the operation. Since it only treats the symptoms but not the root cause, the results are usually not ideal and it is easy to get re-infected.

(2) Oral medication: Simply taking antibiotics has a certain therapeutic effect and is convenient. However, the dosage is large and the medication time is long. In addition, oral medications have side effects and are prone to relapse after discontinuation of medication, so they are not suitable as a routine treatment for onychomycosis.

(3) Topical treatment: Topical treatment is generally recommended for onychomycosis. Depending on the different agents, there are mainly soaking, local application and sealing and cutting treatment methods.

The change in color of toenails is a reflection of the problems in our body, so we must pay attention to our body in daily life to avoid worsening of physical symptoms due to our neglect. If we compare the above colors, we should know which ones need our more attention. After long-term fatigue, it is time to pay attention to our bodies.
