Instructions for making orange peel: 1. Treat spleen and stomach qi stagnation, abdominal distension. Take 10 grams of pomelo peel, 10 grams of costusroot, 10 grams of magnolia bark, 10 grams of bitter orange, 15 grams of yam and 15 grams of clematis, decocted in water and taken orally. 2. Treat spleen and stomach weakness, indigestion, and abdominal distension. 12 grams of pomelo peel, 30 grams of Codonopsis pilosula, 30 grams of yam, and 30 grams of gentian root, decocted in water and taken orally.
