Elevated urobilinogen

Elevated urobilinogen

If you want to have a healthy body, you need to balance all aspects of your body, with no high and no low. This will avoid causing damage to your body. When problems occur in your body, they are all caused by the imbalance of all aspects of your body. Therefore, when treating, you should first have a physical examination to have some understanding. Then what is the cause of high urobilinogen? Many people don't know.

When urobilinogen is high, you must first check all aspects of yourself to see if it may induce other diseases. This way, when treating, you will know what method to choose and what to pay attention to. You also need to consult.

Elevated urobilinogen:

1. Liver cells are damaged and liver function is impaired, causing red blood cells to be destroyed in the liver and resulting in high levels of urobilinogen.

2. Hemolytic jaundice causes general destruction of red blood cells, resulting in elevated urobilinogen.

3. The high level of urobilinogen may also be caused by heart failure, constipation, high fever, etc.

4. Portal cirrhosis, congestive heart failure and sepsis, etc. Due to liver dysfunction, the normal amount of urobilinogen absorbed from the intestine cannot be utilized and re-excreted through the bile duct, so the amount of urobilinogen in the urine will also increase.

Pathological changes:

When liver dysfunction or red blood cell damage causes hemolysis, the amount of urobilinogen in the urine will increase. People often say that "people with poor liver function will have concentrated urine" because the bile in the urine becomes more concentrated. Urobilinogen is converted from bilirubin, so when the bilirubin level in the blood increases, jaundice will appear. If the excretion is not blocked, the urobilinogen level will also increase.

Through the above introduction, we have a good understanding of the reasons for elevated urobilinogen. It occurs because of some diseases. Therefore, when there are problems in these aspects, or when there are the above diseases, timely treatment should be sought to prevent elevated urobilinogen and avoid further damage to the body.
