The efficacy and function of natural spirulina

Spirulina is a very ancient organism. The nutrients contained in spirulina are the most abundant in any food discovered so far. Spirulina can effectively regulate our blood lipids, so spirulina can prevent and treat high blood pressure, high blood lipids and high blood sugar. Spirulina can prevent the occurrence of heart diseases such as coronary heart disease, and it can also lower cholesterol levels.

Spirulina has very high medicinal and edible value, so the effects and functions of natural spirulina are very comprehensive. The way to eat spirulina is relatively special. We rarely eat spirulina directly. It is usually made into powder or flakes.

Spirulina is an ancient organism. According to scientific research, natural spirulina has survived on Earth for 3.5 billion years. It is also the food with the most nutrients discovered by humans so far.

Nutrition experts have confirmed that natural spirulina is the best source of pure natural protein food, with a protein content of up to 60-70% and a digestion and absorption rate of over 95%. It is extremely rich in vitamins and minerals, including vitamin B1, B2, vitamin E, vitamin K, etc., and contains trace elements such as zinc, iron, and potassium. The unsaturated fatty acids contained in spirulina are ideal substances for clearing blood lipids, regulating blood pressure and lowering cholesterol.

In the 1960s, French scientists discovered that natural spirulina is rich in linoleic acid, VE, γ-linolenic acid, etc., which can effectively lower blood lipids. Among them, the content of γ-linolenic acid in spirulina is 500 times that of human milk. It has the function of regulating human blood lipids and can effectively reduce the "three highs (high blood pressure, high blood lipids, and high blood sugar)". It can also regulate blood pressure, relieve arteriosclerosis, prevent coronary heart disease, purify blood, inhibit cholesterol synthesis, promote cell proliferation and other health benefits. At the same time, the serine, methionine, chlorophyll and other substances in spirulina can lower blood pressure.

Generally, we do not consume spirulina directly in its raw state. Instead, we consume spirulina in powder or flakes, which are generally a uniform black-green or blue-green color. They can be added to many dishes in appropriate amounts to increase their protein and vitamin content. Spirulina powder tastes great when used to make soups, bread, salads, etc. It only takes a small amount of powder to dye the food a dark green color. Like many natural foods, heating of spirulina will destroy its rich nutrients, so when preparing food, heat it as little as possible.

The easiest way to enjoy spirulina powder is to add it to your favorite fruit or vegetable juice in a food blender. You can start with a small amount and gradually increase the amount. Many regular eaters can take 10 grams of spirulina powder with each beverage.

The human body will react within 30 minutes after consuming spirulina powder because the powder is particularly easy to digest and absorb. Taking spirulina beverage once or twice a day (between meals or instead of meals) can provide timely energy and nutrition.

Above we introduced what natural spirulina is. We know that spirulina is a very ancient organism. It has good edible value. Eating spirulina regularly can regulate our blood. Spirulina can prevent and treat high blood pressure, high blood lipids and high blood sugar. Spirulina can also reduce the cholesterol content in our body.
