Laminar infarction is a relatively common cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease. It is a manifestation of stroke and accounts for about 19% of stroke diseases. When laminar infarction occurs, it often causes ischemic microinfarction in some blood vessels deep in the brain, which is quite harmful to patients. In the early stages, patients may have impaired consciousness, central facial paralysis, upper limb paralysis, etc. Early symptoms of lacunar infarction 1. Many early symptoms of cerebral infarction can reach their peak within seconds or minutes after onset. Only a few patients showed step-like or progressive deterioration. About 50% of patients experience impaired consciousness during the onset of the disease, but it does not last long. 2. If the patient has anterior cerebral artery embolism, sensory and motor disorders will occur in the lower limbs on the opposite side of the lesion, as well as contralateral central facial paralysis, tongue paralysis and upper limb paralysis. Early symptoms of cerebral infarction such as emotional apathy and euphoria may also occur. 3. Many patients with cerebral infarction will have neurological signs, such as hemiplegia, hemisensory disturbance and hemianopsia, which are common early symptoms of cerebral infarction. If a cerebral infarction occurs in the dominant hemisphere, the patient will experience motor aphasia or sensory aphasia. A small number of patients may experience symptoms such as dizziness, vomiting, nystagmus, and ataxia. At the same time, early symptoms of cerebral infarction may also include brief loss of consciousness and localized or whole-body convulsions. Severely ill patients may suffer from coma, gastrointestinal bleeding, brain herniation, and even death. Prevention In addition to drug treatment, the following should be noted in the prevention and treatment of cerebral infarction: 1. Hypertensive patients should receive long-term drug treatment and measure blood pressure regularly to keep blood pressure within the normal range; 2. Diabetic patients should strictly control their diet and adhere to hypoglycemic treatment to keep blood sugar within the normal range. The blood pressure of diabetic patients should be controlled at ≤130/85mmHg; 3. Patients with hyperlipidemia should undergo lipid-lowering treatment; 4. Regular blood rheology examinations should be performed. Those with high blood viscosity should take a small dose of aspirin orally; 5. Regular heart examinations should be performed, with special attention paid to changes in heart function and arrhythmias, to improve blood supply to the heart and prevent and treat coronary heart disease; 6. For sudden headaches, dizziness, memory loss, slow reaction, amnesia, blurred vision, facial numbness and other symptoms, you should be vigilant and go to the hospital for a head CT scan as soon as possible for early detection and early treatment. |
