Countermeasures: Ensure adequate sleep. Morning sickness can affect appetite, so in the early stages of pregnancy, just eat whatever you want without deliberately eating more or less. Reminder: Pregnant mothers who work may suddenly feel like vomiting in the office or on the road, which will inevitably make us feel embarrassed. We need to prepare in advance. Fatigue and sleepiness In the early stages of pregnancy, expectant mothers are prone to feeling tired and often want to sleep. During the early stages of pregnancy, many women experience general weakness and fatigue, or have no interest in doing things, feel drowsy and lack energy all day long.
