Anti-tuberculosis drugs have no obvious nephrotoxicity. VB6 is not recommended for preventive use because it will antagonize the anti-tuberculosis effect of isoniazid. It should only be taken when peripheral neuritis occurs.

2. The treatment time is very long. Regular anti-tuberculosis treatment requires 6 months. If the treatment effect cannot be achieved, the time needs to be extended. However, you do not need to be hospitalized. In principle, you can take the postgraduate entrance examination, but be careful not to overwork yourself. I would also like to remind you to follow your doctor's orders and take medication regularly, because irregular medication can lead to drug-resistant tuberculosis, making the disease difficult to cure, prone to relapse, and leading to the spread of drug-resistant bacteria (you seem to be a kind person, and you don't want to pass on drug-resistant bacteria to others).

3. Whether you are contagious depends on the situation of tuberculosis in sputum, that is, sputum smear or sputum culture. If tuberculosis is not found in multiple sputum examinations, you are basically not contagious. I don’t know whether you have checked your sputum or what the result is, but looking at your medication, if there is no tuberculosis in the sputum, you are not contagious. You can try to check it. If there is no sputum, you can induce sputum examination.

People do not need to be too panic about tuberculosis. They should pay more attention in crowded places and be careful not to be infected.
