Early

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that it is mostly caused by the accumulation of blood stasis and the inability to disperse. Treatment should be aimed at removing blood stasis, expelling evil, relaxing muscles and unblocking meridians. You can take the traditional Chinese medicine "Taohong Siwu Decoction" with added ingredients. The prescription includes: 10 grams of peach kernel, 5 grams of safflower, 15 grams of angelica, 15 grams of raw rehmannia, 5 grams of chuanxiong, 10 grams of red peony root, 10 grams of trillium, 10 grams of curcuma, 15 grams of millettia reticulata, 15 grams of salvia miltiorrhiza, 15 grams of clematis, 10 grams of earthworm, 5 grams of earthworm, 10 grams of black-necked snake, and 5 grams of raw licorice. Decoction in water, 1 dose per day. For acute attacks with severe pain, add 5 grams of frankincense, 5 grams of myrrh, 10 grams of Uncaria rhynchophylla, and 6 grams of Luffa. For those with weak qi and blood, add 15 grams of Astragalus and 30 grams of Polygonum multiflorum. Also grind 2 white flower snakes, 5 grams each of scorpion and centipede into powder and take 2 grams every night. After taking it for one month, the condition improved significantly. To consolidate the therapeutic effect, those with kidney yin deficiency can take Liuwei Dihuang Pills, twice a day, 10 grams each time.

Later

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that it is mostly caused by liver and kidney deficiency, and a mixture of deficiency and excess. Deficiency can be divided into yin deficiency and yang deficiency, while excess can be divided into blood stasis and dampness and heat, and the condition is more complicated. Those with Yin deficiency have symptoms such as dry mouth, hard stools, thin body and dizziness; those with Yang deficiency have chills in the limbs, clear and long urination, impotence and diarrhea; those with damp heat often have swollen joints, fluid accumulation in the joints, fluctuations when pressed, and difficulty in flexion and extension. Traditional Chinese medicine treatment focuses on tonifying the kidney and softening hard masses. The following prescriptions can be used: 15 grams of cooked rehmannia, 10 grams of cornus fruit, 10 grams of Chinese yam, 30 grams of salvia miltiorrhiza, 10 grams of soapberry thorn, 10 grams of pangolin, 15 grams each of clematis, epimedium, Morinda officinalis, and Eucommia ulmoides, and 5 grams of raw licorice. Treatment options

Bone hyperplasia refers to the bony growths formed in the bone joints or spine, commonly known as bone spurs. It often occurs in the cervical spine, lumbar spine, sacral spine, knee joints, heels and other parts of the body with the greatest mobility and the heaviest weight. Occupational prolonged exertion, long-term forced poor posture, chronic or mechanical stimulation, and trauma are important predisposing factors for the disease. Once the proliferating bone spurs irritate adjacent tissues and compress nerve roots, local or radiating pain will occur. Clinically proven, long-term use of Chinese medicine to treat bone hyperplasia is quite effective. Patients can make soup with 30 grams of Clematis chinensis, 30 grams of Deer tongue grass, 45 grams of Cibotium barometz, and 250 grams of skinless chicken breast. However, in order to improve the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine, careful differentiation should be made during treatment based on the stage of the disease and the patient's physical condition.

Through the introduction of the above content, we can understand that there are many treatments for vertebral hyperplasia in traditional Chinese medicine. Usually, the prescriptions for early, middle and late stages are different. Knowing this, family members can give targeted medication to the patient, but if the pain is severe, they still need to go to the hospital for professional treatment.
