It can cause problems such as unstable standing, nystagmus, or hemiplegia of limbs, which seriously threatens the life and health of the patient. It brings a lot of trouble to our lives. Moreover, this disease requires long-term care and treatment. In serious cases, some people may not be able to stand again in their lifetime. So let's take a look at how to prevent stroke.

In fact, many diseases do not have very targeted treatments, so the most important thing we need to do is prevention. Only by doing a good job of prevention can we stay away from the harm of these diseases and truly take control of our own health.

1. Primary prevention: "If an individual has only one or several of the above risk factors but no cerebrovascular precursors or manifestations, we will list them as primary prevention targets, that is, actively treat the existing risk factors, and regularly monitor the occurrence of other risk factors and take targeted measures.

2. Secondary prevention: If an individual already has risk factors and has symptoms of stroke, such as a transient ischemic attack, early diagnosis and early treatment can be given to prevent the occurrence of serious cerebrovascular disease. This is secondary prevention.

3. Tertiary prevention: For patients who have already suffered a stroke, early or ultra-early treatment to reduce the degree of disability, eliminate or treat risk factors to prevent its recurrence is the tertiary prevention. The so-called early treatment refers to the treatment of the acute phase a few hours after the onset of the disease. The so-called ultra-early treatment refers to the treatment implemented within a few hours after the onset of the disease. For example, for ischemic stroke, thrombolytic therapy should be started within 6 hours after the onset of the disease. The earlier the intervention of targeted treatment measures, the better the treatment effect and the lower the degree of disability is likely to be.

The above is an introduction to some methods of preventing stroke, because there are many factors that lead to stroke. So in life. We should learn more about the health care knowledge of stroke and actively treat some cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. This is also the basis of prevention work.
