Tracheitis precautions

Tracheitis precautions

There are many things to pay attention to when it comes to tracheitis, and there are also many clinical treatments for tracheitis. However, because the current medical treatments for tracheitis are not very effective in treating tracheitis, the precautions for tracheitis become particularly important. Because a comprehensive understanding of the precautions for tracheitis will be of great help to patients in the future treatment of tracheitis.

Tracheitis is a common disease in our human body, and this disease may occur in people of different age groups. The incidence rate of tracheitis is relatively high, which is very bad for everyone. Once people suffer from tracheitis, they will think about seeking treatment. During the treatment, there are also many precautions that need to be paid attention to in time. So, let’s talk about the precautions for tracheitis.

Pay attention to rest, don't drink alcohol, and avoid spicy food. Check regularly. If the condition worsens, seek medical attention early.

Preventing colds: Avoiding colds can effectively prevent the occurrence or acute attacks of chronic bronchitis.

Diet adjustment: The diet should be light and avoid spicy and meaty foods. You should quit smoking and drink more tea, because smoking can cause increased respiratory secretions, reflex bronchospasm, and difficulty in expectoration, which are conducive to the growth and reproduction of viruses and bacteria, further worsening chronic bronchitis. Tea contains theanolide, which can excite the sympathetic nerves, dilate the bronchi and relieve cough and asthma symptoms.

Abdominal breathing: Abdominal breathing can keep the airway open, increase lung capacity, reduce the onset of chronic bronchitis, and prevent the occurrence of emphysema and cor pulmonale. Specific method: When inhaling, try to make your abdomen bulge, and when exhaling, try your best to make your abdomen concave. Exercise 2 to 3 times a day, 10 to 20 minutes each time.

Avoid poisons and eliminate allergies: Harmful gases and poisons such as sulfur dioxide, carbon monoxide, dust, etc. will aggravate the condition. The gas emitted by the coal stove in the home can induce coughing and asthma. The kitchen and living room should be ventilated or equipped with a range hood to keep the indoor air fresh. Parasites, pollen, fungi, etc. can cause specific allergic reactions in the bronchi. The indoor and outdoor environment should be kept clean and hygienic, and dirt should be removed in time to eliminate allergens.

Get adequate rest: When you have a fever or cough or asthma, you must stay in bed to rest, otherwise it will increase the burden on your heart and worsen your condition. When the fever gradually subsides and the cough or asthma is alleviated, you can get out of bed and do some light exercise. You should participate in appropriate activities or labor in your daily life.

Keep exercising: You can choose medical exercises, Tai Chi, Five Animal Exercises and other programs according to your physical condition. Keep exercising to improve the body's disease resistance. The amount of activity should be moderate without obvious shortness of breath, accelerated heartbeat and excessive fatigue.

There are many things to pay attention to when it comes to tracheitis, which have been mentioned above. The common precautions for bronchitis are: get more rest, try not to drink alcohol, and don't eat spicy and irritating foods; eat light food and drink more tea; insist on physical exercise, but know when to stop, etc. Therefore, if patients with tracheitis pay attention to these aspects during treatment in the future, they should be able to cure their tracheitis as soon as possible.
