Treatment of urticaria

Treatment of urticaria

Wheals are actually an acute form of urticaria. This disease occurs suddenly, and symptoms such as skin itching or various red spots will soon appear. If the patient does not pay attention to treatment in time at this time, it will have more impacts. Therefore, we must pay attention to it in our daily lives, and at the same time learn various prevention and treatment methods.

No matter what kind of disease it is, no matter how serious it is, we cannot easily ignore it in our lives. We must know that if these diseases are not treated in time, they will cause more serious harm. For the sake of our health, we must not treat them blindly.

1. This is acute urticaria. The onset is acute, with sudden itching of the skin. Red wheals of varying sizes soon appear, which are round, oval or irregular in shape. They are isolated or scattered at first, gradually expand and merge into patches. The rash may appear like orange peel. The edema will decrease within minutes or hours, and the wheal will turn into erythema and gradually disappear. The duration of wheals usually does not exceed 24 hours, but new wheals occur continuously one after another.

2. Generally speaking, urticaria is caused by the following reasons: (1) Allergy to allergens (this is the most important one - including drugs, food, external environment contact, etc.); (2) Acute infectious diseases (such as acute tonsillitis, infection caused by trauma, etc.) or chronic inflammation (such as caries, chronic gynecological inflammation, etc.); (3) Organic diseases.

3. Treatment: (1) Oral administration: Cetirizine tablets, 1 tablet, once a day (taken in the morning); Mizolastine tablets, 1 tablet, once a day (taken in the evening); (2) Topical application: Hydrocortisone butyrate (Eudrol) ointment or Piyanping ointment or Halometasone cream, 3 times a day; (3) During treatment: Avoid spicy and irritating foods and high-protein foods (such as milk, fish, shrimp, etc.).

4. Rubella as described in Western medicine is caused by a virus and is contagious. The rubella mentioned in traditional Chinese medicine is mainly caused by damp heat, wind poison and wind evil.

The above are some methods for treating sealed express parcels. I hope that after these introductions, everyone can pay more attention to the treatment and prevention of these diseases in their daily lives. Only when we pay attention to them can we treat them in a targeted manner and keep ourselves away from these injuries.
