The skin nodules are 0.2 to 0.3 cm in diameter, bluish-gray or purple-red, and have no adhesion to the subcutaneous tissue. Distributed on the head, cheeks, trunk and limbs, from soft to hard. It may also present as papules, eczema or herpes-like lesions. The skin nodules of neonatal acute monocytic leukemia (Amol) may remit spontaneously but recur weeks or months later with eye involvement and chloroma.

3. Bleeding tendency can be seen in the form of petechiae and ecchymoses on the skin, sometimes vomiting blood and black stools. In severe cases, intracranial hemorrhage is life-threatening.

4. Hepatomegaly and splenomegaly are common. The liver and spleen may be severely enlarged and enter the pelvic cavity. But lymphadenopathy is rare.

5. Central nervous system leukemia occurs early, and once diagnosed after birth, leukemia cells can be found in the cerebrospinal fluid.

6. In addition to the above symptoms, there may be corresponding symptoms caused by involvement of the lungs, heart, kidneys, peritoneum and other organs.
