How to treat body odor

How to treat body odor

I wonder if you have ever encountered such an embarrassing thing as body odor. Some people have more developed sweat gland secretion systems, especially the sweat glands in the armpits, and when some bacteria are attracted, the odor becomes even stronger. This is what we call body odor, and this kind of body odor is not obviously covered up after spraying perfume, so many people are struggling to find ways to treat body odor.

The disease of body odor is mainly treated based on its symptoms. First of all, body odor is caused by bacteria decomposing sweat and emitting an unpleasant odor. This requires us to curb the development of bacteria. Moreover, we should not eat heavy-tasting foods in our daily life to avoid the odor being discharged through the sweat glands.

Body odor is mainly produced by apocrine sweat glands and bacteria. The purpose of treating body odor is mainly to reduce the secretion of sweat glands and control unsaturated fatty acids.

Many ladies try to cover up bad smell with the scent of perfume, but the apocrine glands are distributed very deep, so using body deodorant, antiperspirant spray, or floral spray will not work and can easily cause skin allergies. The scent of perfume plus the odor of body odor will make the smell even stronger and more unpleasant.

Pay attention to cleanliness, shower frequently, and change clothes frequently. Keep your skin dry and keep your armpits, breasts and other areas clean. Wash with soap and water several times a day, and even shave your armpit hair to prevent bacteria from hiding. Some people think that wearing long sleeves can cover up the smell, but in fact, it only makes the odor worse. Because long-sleeved clothes, especially sweaters, will increase sweating, accelerate the decomposition of sweat by bacteria, and the odor cannot dissipate, so it becomes more and more smelly. So in hot weather, you should wear cool, loose, thin clothes.

Pay attention to your diet! Avoid eating "flavored" foods.

Strong-flavored or irritating foods, such as onions, garlic and spicy foods, contain sulfur chemicals that can interfere with bacterial growth, but after they are absorbed by the human body, the odor will be excreted through the sweat glands, so it is better to eat less.

Using some folk remedies can have a certain therapeutic effect. For example: 20 grams of dried and finely rubbed mugwort, 20 grams of alum (ground), 200 grams of salt. Mix the above ingredients evenly and put them in a pot to heat. Take them out, wrap them in cloth and hold them under the armpits, making sure not to burn the skin. There will be no odor after 5 minutes. This recipe can be used once and last for more than 1 month.

A professional Chinese herbal product for removing body odor. The deodorizing factors it contains can instantly kill bacteria on the surface of the armpits, remove the odor produced by the reaction of unsaturated fatty acids and bacteria, and penetrate into the bacterial cell walls to inhibit the growth and reproduction of bacteria, thereby eliminating the formation of bacteria. Moreover, the harmonizing and repairing factors it contains can regulate the intercellular spaces between the apocrine sweat gland walls, restoring them to their normal width and allowing them to discharge secretions normally. This effectively prevents excessive penetration of lipid macromolecules, reduces the secretion of unsaturated fatty acids, and thoroughly removes body odor from deep within.

After reading so much, do you have a deeper understanding of body odor? It is not your fault that you have well-developed sweat glands, but if you have well-developed sweat glands and do not pay attention to your diet and hygiene, then it is your fault. Body odor itself can be treated. If you do not actively receive treatment and just keep complaining, the body odor will not be cured.
