For those with obvious vomiting and abdominal pain, propantheline (Propantheline) can be taken orally or atropine can be injected subcutaneously, or scopolamine can be injected. Those who can eat should be given oral rehydration fluids. For patients who suffer from severe vomiting and cannot eat or have frequent diarrhea, give intravenous drip of sugar and saline solution. If acidosis occurs, supplement with 5% sodium bicarbonate injection or 11.2% sodium lactate solution as appropriate. For those who are severely dehydrated or even in shock, fluid replacement should be actively carried out to maintain electrolyte balance and anti-shock treatment should be given.
