What kind of food is good for gastroesophageal reflux disease

When I was a child, I went to school and lived in the cafeteria. Because I didn't eat on time, sometimes I didn't eat, or I ate cold food, I developed gastritis and I often got sick. I think many people have similar experiences. That kind of pain is not something that ordinary people can endure. Therefore, you must not eat anything randomly, especially patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease must follow the diet and not eat randomly.

Gastroesophageal reflux disease is relatively common in clinical practice, with a long course and easy recurrence. As long as it is treated in time and with regular treatment, the symptoms can be relieved and the disease can be cured, but attention must be paid to dietary adjustments and the correction of bad living habits. The main methods are as follows:

1. Eat at regular times and in regular amounts. Eat a light diet (or eat small meals frequently). Do not eat too much at dinner. Do not eat 4 hours before going to bed.

2. Avoid spicy, irritating, raw, cold and difficult to digest foods.

3. Reduce fat intake, and cook mainly by boiling, stewing, and braising instead of frying.

4. Eat less acidic drinks and sweets, such as lemon juice, chocolate, etc.

5. Increase protein intake, such as lean meat, egg white, milk, soy products, etc.

6. Quit smoking and drinking.

Changing lifestyle habits is the basis of the treatment of reflux esophagitis. Eat less and eat until you are 80% full at each meal. Raising the head of the bed by 15 to 20 cm can reduce supine and nocturnal reflux. It is not advisable to eat before going to bed, and it is not advisable to lie in bed immediately after a meal during the day. The following measures can reduce reflux: quit smoking, abstain from alcohol, reduce abdominal pressure, avoid wearing tight belts, lose weight for obese people, avoid eating high-fat, chocolate, coffee, stimulating foods, etc.

Long-term clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine has accumulated many very effective treatment methods. It is recommended that you use traditional Chinese medicine such as black alum, black dates, walnut kernels, gardenia, angelica, amomum, magnolia bark, triangularis, pangolin, cunqu, malt, upper armor, lower armor, safflower, Hainan agarwood, iron gall powder, propolis, honey, beeswax, etc. in combination with treatment, which can quickly cure the disease. These Chinese medicines can be used together to quickly repair the esophagus and gastric mucosa, thus achieving the goal of complete cure. The diet should pay attention to balanced nutritional intake, and meals must be eaten at regular times and quantitatively, not too hungry or too full, and raw and cold food must be chewed slowly.

All nutrients of the human body are absorbed by the stomach and transmitted to various parts. Without a healthy stomach, how can you have a healthy body? I am now particularly careful about my diet. I don’t eat anything cold, hard, or unhygienic. Even though I wanted to eat ice cream again, I still resisted the urge to eat it for the sake of long-term planning. So, my stomach problems haven’t recurred for a long time. It really works!
