Perhaps, nowadays, the first thing some office workers do when they get home every day is to go to bed. The body's perception of fatigue varies from person to person. A survey found that women who feel tired are three times more likely to be men. Women are more prone to fatigue, which is often related to the "three deficiencies", namely iron deficiency fatigue, alkali deficiency fatigue, and vitamin deficiency fatigue.

1. Iron deficiency fatigue. Mild iron deficiency anemia is manifested by fatigue, fear of cold, decreased concentration, and decreased resistance. In order to maintain their figure, some women often refuse to eat meat and fill their stomachs with vegetables, fruits, etc. This kind of diet cannot provide enough iron and can easily cause fatigue to the body.

2. Alkali deficiency fatigue. Many women often experience symptoms such as physical fatigue, memory loss, back pain, leg pain, dizziness, insomnia, constipation, etc. for no reason. In fact, this may be caused by an acidic constitution. Bad living habits will gradually turn your body into an acidic state. To change an acidic physique, you should first exercise more. Sweating during exercise can remove a large amount of acidic substances from the body and adjust the acid-base balance. Secondly, eat more alkaline foods, such as kelp, white radish, tofu, soybeans, apples, onions, tomatoes, bananas, etc.

3. Vitamin deficiency fatigue. Vitamin deficiency or insufficiency can make people feel tired, so it is necessary to supplement more vitamins. Foods rich in vitamin B1 include animal offal, meat, mushrooms, etc. Foods rich in vitamin B2 include animal offal, eggs, milk, soybeans, peanuts, seaweed, etc.

If you practice yoga every day, you will clearly feel the meaning of "life lies in movement". It is only because of the pressure from life and work that we have unknowingly extended our working hours indefinitely in such an environment, thereby severely compressing our rest time, not to mention the possibility of moderate exercise.
