Cervical spondylosis should pay attention to the following points in daily life: 1. Do not sleep on your stomach, and the pillow should not be too high, too hard or too flat. 2. Avoid and reduce acute injuries, such as avoiding lifting heavy objects and emergency braking. 3. Prevent wind and cold, humidity, and avoid taking a bath or being blown by wind and cold at midnight or early morning. Wind and cold can cause local blood vessels to contract, blood flow to decrease, hindering tissue metabolism and waste removal, and humidity can hinder skin evaporation. 4. Correct bad posture and reduce strain. Every time you lower or raise your head for 1-2 hours, you need to do neck exercises to reduce muscle tension.
