Taichong acupoint massage

Location: Taichong point is one of the important acupuncture points on the liver meridian of foot, located on the dorsum of the foot, in the depression behind the first metatarsal space. On the dorsum of the foot, in the depression 2 inches above the gap between the first and second toes.

Finger pressing method: Sit down with your right foot on a chair, press the acupoint vertically with the middle finger of your right hand, exhale and count "1, 2", gradually apply force, press the acupoint strongly when counting "3", inhale and count "4, 5, 6", and relax your body.

Finger rubbing method: Sit down and use your right thumb to rub the Taichong point on your right foot about 3 cm above and below, from the front of the foot to the heel, exhale and rub slowly.

Massage amount: one time for pressing and one time for rubbing, that is, one time. Do this 3 to 6 times on each acupoint on the left and right feet.

Chize Point

For headaches on the top of your head, massage the bladder meridian from the Sanjiao to the Xinshu, with the focus on the livershu to the heartshu, based on tenderness, until the headache is gone.

If you have pain in your temple, massage the Chize point. Massage the Chize point and the surrounding area until you feel tenderness. Continue until you feel no pain when pressing the Chize point and the surrounding area.

If the pain is caused by muscle pain in the black area, massage the black area until the pain in the black area and the surrounding area is gone, until the headache is gone.
