1. Cover your eyes. First close your eyes and count to 8, then relax your eyes and count to 8, and repeat several times. Then open your eyes wide, hold for 8 seconds, and repeat three times. Close your eyes and place your palms half-clenched over your eyes, being careful not to touch your eyeballs, and relax your eyes by imagining darkness.

2. Move your eyes around. Sit up straight, look straight ahead, and keep your head still. Stretch your right arm fully to the right side and raise it to shoulder height. Keeping your arm straight and fully extended, move it in an arc toward the middle of your head while swinging your index finger. Follow the movement of your index finger with your eyes, allowing your eyeballs to roll first to the far right, then up to the top of your eye socket, then to the far left, and then to the bottom of your eye socket. The eyeball stays in each position for one second, starting with 6 times and gradually increasing to 10 to 12 times. Then repeat the movement with your left hand, rolling your eye in the opposite direction.

3. Look straight ahead. Sit up straight, keep your head still, stretch your right arm forward as far as you can, with your palm facing up and your index finger extended and pointing upward. Then move your forearm and point your finger at your nose. Follow the movement of your arm and fingers with your eyes. While the index finger is touching your nose, keep your eyes fixed on it. Then return your arms and fingers to the starting position, followed by your eyes. Start by doing it 6 times a day and gradually increase to 10 to 12 times a day.
