8. Tonify Qi, remove dampness, relieve blood stasis and detoxify - Sweet and Sour Steamed Fish: 1 piece of black carp (about 500 grams) and 50 grams of rice vinegar. Remove the scales and internal organs of the fish, cut the meat, cover the meat with shredded ginger, place it on a fish plate, and steam it in a steamer for 10 to 15 minutes. Take it out, add oil and seasonings to stir-fry, add sugar and vinegar, thicken with thin starch, and pour it on the fish body. Serve with meals.
