Take a picture of it every day, lose weight, detoxify and eliminate all gynecological diseases

It is our ancient Chinese medicine method - tapping the belt meridian. This method was very popular in the ancient palace. Anyone who is a little interested can see on page 174 of "The Anecdotes of Cixi" that before lunch every day, Cixi would lie sideways and let the palace maids or eunuchs pat her waist. The belt meridian is at the waist. Why did Cixi like to do this? It turned out that when she was 68 years old, she suffered from a severe constipation. The imperial physician prescribed her a Chinese medicine, but Cixi didn't take it because she thought it was too bitter. Later, an imperial physician who was proficient in Taoist health preservation taught her a method to solve the empress dowager's constipation, and this method was tapping the belt meridian. Tapping the belt meridian not only quickly cured the empress dowager's constipation, but also eliminated the fat on her abdomen. After the practice of many people from ancient times to the present, tapping the belt meridian is effective for weight loss, detoxification, beauty, and gynecological diseases.

Some people stopped having diarrhea and detoxifying after tapping their belt meridian for a few days, and some acne disappeared without them noticing, which is very magical.

What is the "Belt Meridian"? It has two meanings: one is that this meridian is like a belt wrapped around the waist; the other is that it is closely related to women's menstrual belt. In modern terms, it is an important meridian that regulates menstruation and the functions of various gynecological organs. The Dai Meridian is one of the Eight Extraordinary Meridians, and has the function of "binding all the meridians together". All other meridians in the human body run vertically up and down, but the "Belt Meridian" runs horizontally in a circle, as if the vertical meridians were tied with a rope. Therefore, if any meridian has problems in the waist and abdomen, such as stagnation of qi, blood stasis, etc., they can be regulated and unblocked by tapping the Belt Meridian. Moreover, the three acupoints on the Belt Meridian, "Belt Meridian" (also called "Belt Meridian" with the same name as the meridian), Wushu, and Weidao, are all on the Gallbladder Meridian, so tapping this place has the same effect as tapping the Gallbladder Meridian.

Some people worry that slapping like this will damage the kidneys. In fact, from the anatomical point of view, the slapping position is far away from the kidneys. That position should be the colon. The right side is the ascending colon, and the left side is the descending colon. Vibrating the colon should be beneficial to defecation. And you have to lie flat, so for people who are a little fat, this will just hit the fat in the "straw hat circle" on both sides of the abdomen. There is plenty of meat and it is very safe to hit lightly.

In fact, using the Dai Meridian to treat gynecological diseases was a common method in ancient times. It has the functions of regulating menstruation, stopping leukorrhea, and soothing the liver and relieving stagnation. It is the best meridian to eliminate blood stasis and heat in the meridians. It is also an essential meridian for treating various hernia diseases. However, some modern acupuncturists mostly ignore this meridian and do not use it. This is because even in professional textbooks, the introduction of the "Dai Meridian" is just a few words, and it is mentioned in passing without more clinical analysis and summary.

What is the belt pulse?

The Dai Meridian has no direct acupoints on this meridian, but has three single intersection points with the Gallbladder Meridian of Foot Shaoyang.

Course of this meridian: The Dai Mai originates from the flank, intersects at the Dai Mai point, Wu Shu point, and Wei Dao point of the Foot Shao Yang Gallbladder Meridian, and circles around the waist and abdomen. The Kidney Meridian of Foot Shaoyin goes up to the popliteal fossa, meets the Bladder Meridian of Foot Taiyang, then goes up to the kidney. Where it branches off at the fourteenth vertebra (the Shenshu points on both sides), it belongs to the Belt Meridian.

The symptoms treated by this meridian include: abdominal distension, weak waist, weakness of lower limbs, leucorrhea, impotence, spermatorrhea, epilepsy, etc.

This book mainly treats the following diseases and symptoms: stroke, inability to lift hands and feet, numbness and cramps in limbs, fever, headache, swelling of the neck and cheeks, red and painful eyes, toothache, swollen throat, dizziness, deafness, itchy skin, discomfort in tendons and veins, leg pain, pain in the ribs, etc.
