Long-term excessive vegetarianism

Long-term vegetarian diet can lead to memory loss. Plant foods are rich in vitamins, inorganic salts and organic acids, but lack hematopoietic trace elements such as cobalt, manganese, iron and copper. In addition, apart from oil, plant foods contain very little fat. The human body needs at least 60 to 70 grams of fat every day. To meet this need, you need to eat 5 kilograms of plant foods.
