What should I do if I have neurasthenia-induced chest tightness? How to regulate?

How to prevent neurasthenia and chest tightness? Many people believe that neurasthenia is caused by long-term mental stress and fatigue, which leads to symptoms such as nausea, dizziness, and insomnia. People in menopause are very prone to this disease. So will neurasthenia cause chest tightness?

The prevention of neurasthenia and chest tightness mainly starts from the following 5 aspects:

1. Study time. The total daily study time should not exceed 6 hours for elementary school students, 8 hours for junior high school students, and 9 hours for high school students. In particular, you should avoid the habit of studying late at night.

2. Extracurricular activities: There should be about 1 hour of extracurricular activities every day, such as exercise, or participation in extracurricular interest group activities, and try to do them outdoors.

3. Rest factor: make full use of the 10 minutes between classes and try to take an active rest outdoors.

4. Sleep factor. Reasonable sleep is the most active measure to promote neural development and prevent cerebral cortex failure. Ensure at least 8 hours of sleep a day.

5. Dietary factors: arrange daily meals scientifically, especially eat a good and full breakfast, eat more high-quality protein, vegetables, fruits and nuts.

Self-regulation of chest tightness caused by neurasthenia

1. Through psychological counseling, reduce the psychological burden and strengthen the confidence in curing this disease.

2. Regulate through breathing control method. Breathing techniques include:

① Deep breathing method: do it deeply, long and slowly, with the abdomen rising and falling. Pay attention to the sound of breathing and the feeling of the body becoming more and more relaxed.

② Sighing method: stand or sit and take a deep breath, then let fresh air enter your lungs naturally.

③ Patting breathing method: stand upright with your hands naturally vertical, inhale slowly, then tap lightly on various parts of the chest with your fingertips or palms, and exhale little by little intermittently with appropriate force.

④ Alternating breathing method, that is, block one nostril to inhale, then block the other nostril to exhale, and repeat 10-30 times.

3. Neurasthenia and chest tightness can be self-regulated through self-suggestion. For example, before going to bed, relax various parts of the body mainly through verbal cues. Be careful not to drive too fast or carelessly. The hypnotic suggestion could be: "My whole body feels relaxed and sleepy... My whole body is filled with tiredness, my hands and feet are too weak to move, I want to sleep... I can't open my eyes anymore, I really want to close my eyes and take a nap... I will fall asleep soon... A strong sleepiness envelops me, I am going to sleep, a deep sleep... I am going to sleep, I will fall into a deep sleep soon..." Be careful not to think about whether the suggestion makes sense or works, just follow it.

4. Neurasthenia and chest tightness, music therapy. According to your own symptoms and conditions, choose some classical light music, or listen to light music while resting in the early morning, in the afternoon when you are tired from work, or before going to bed (try not to use music such as disco). It often has the effect of eliminating fatigue and tension, reducing psychological pressure, and entertaining the body and mind. It should be noted that the time for listening to music should be reasonable, not too long, and the volume should not be too high, otherwise, it will have the opposite effect.

No matter what happens, you still have to be calm and cheerful. This is life, and we must treat life this way, bravely, fearlessly, and with a smile - no matter what.
