Jingfang Sini Tang: one piece of raw aconite, one liang of roasted ginger, two liang of raw licorice

Poge Jiuxin Decoction: 30~100~200 grams of Lute Technology, 60 grams of roasted ginger, 60 grams of licorice, 10~30 grams of Korean ginseng, 60~120 grams of cornus flesh, 30 grams each of raw dragon bone and oyster powder and active magnet powder, and 0.3-0.5 grams of Sanguisorba officinalis.

Lu Te Technology Porridge: 10 grams of processed aconite, 15 grams of roasted ginger, and 100 grams of rice. Grind the two medicines into powder, use 5 grams each time, and cook them into porridge with rice. You can also reduce the amount of the two medicines, boil them in water to extract the juice, and add the glutinous rice to cook porridge.

Aconite and Coix lacryma-jobi porridge: 10 grams of prepared aconite, 30 grams of coix seeds, and 100 grams of glutinous rice. Fry the aconite root to extract the juice, add coix seeds and rice, and boil until the porridge is cooked. Take in 2 times.

Our prescription uses aconite root to dispel cold and relieve pain, and coix seed to remove dampness and relax muscles and tendons. Used for wind-cold-dampness arthralgia, joint pain, and cramps in the limbs.
