Rehmannia glutinosa 30g, white mustard seeds 6g, roasted ginger 3g, ephedra 3g, licorice 3g, cinnamon 3g, antler glue 9g (melted and taken with water), psoralea corylifolia 10g, Atractylodes macrocephala 10g, Poria cocos 12g.

4. Heat and toxicity accumulation:

Treatment method: clear away heat, detoxify, and drain pus. Prescription: Wuwei Xiaodu Yin combined with Tuoli Tounong San with modifications. Honeysuckle 15g, Forsythia suspensa 15g, Wild Chrysanthemum 15g, Plantain 15g, Codonopsis pilosula 12g, Atractylodes macrocephala 12g, Raw Astragalus 12g, Angelica sinensis 15g, Panicum 10g, and Ceratonia ovata 15g. For those with excessive heat, add 9g of Coptis chinensis, 9g of Scutellaria baicalensis, 9g of Gardenia jasminoides, and remove Codonopsis pilosula, Atractylodes macrocephala, and Astragalus membranaceus.

2. Special prescriptions and proven recipes:

(1) Composition and preparation method of Unicorn Herb Plaster: 2 parts of fresh Unicorn Herb, 1 part of Camphor Tree, and 2 parts of sesame oil. First cut the unicorn lotus into slices, boil the sesame oil and fry the unicorn lotus until it turns yellowish brown, then take it out and discard it. After refining the medicinal oil until it forms beads when dripped into water, add camphor oil and stir. When it turns black, pour it into cold water to remove the fire poison and it will become a plaster. Use a bamboo stick to spread the medicinal meat on paper or cloth and set aside. Usage: Heat and apply locally. Indications: Acute and chronic osteomyelitis (selected from the second volume of "Thousands of Wonderful Prescriptions").

(2) Composition and preparation of Huangshengdan: 30g mercury, 24g alum, 21g saltpeter. The above three medicines are made by sublimation method. The yellow one is Huangshengdan and the red one is Hongshengdan. It is better to store it for long time for medicinal use. Usage: Dip a thin cotton rope soaked in 75% alcohol into an appropriate amount of medicine and insert it to the bottom of the sinus. The initial dosage may be slightly higher, then gradually reduce it, and stop using it when all the poison is gone. Not suitable for people who are allergic to mercury. 3. Other therapies:

If there is a large amount of pus in the skin sinus, you can use Chinese medicine for external washing (30g of Phellodendron chinense, 20g of Atractylodes macrocephala, 30g of Taraxacum mongolicum, 30% of Diqingshan, and 30g of Sophora flavescens); if the sinus does not heal for a long time, use Bayerdan or Jiuyidan to draw out pus and remove rotten flesh, and apply Taiyi ointment or Badu ointment externally; if there is loose dead bone touched, use tweezers to clamp it out; if the wound is large, you can use the method of enlarging the wound to facilitate the removal of the dead bone; when the pus and rotten flesh are all gone and new flesh is about to grow, use Shengji Powder or Shengji Yuhong Ointment.
