What are the techniques for female breast massage?

If female friends massage their breasts regularly, it can prevent sagging breasts and also help to enlarge the breasts. Doing it several times a day according to the techniques is much better than using those "chemical agents". So what are the techniques for breast massage?

Press these parts frequently to prevent disease and anti-aging

1. Breast root point

From the name of the Rugen point, it is not difficult to see that its location should be at the base of the breast. When the breasts are not excessively sagging, this point is located at the fifth intercostal space just below the nipple.

In traditional Chinese medicine, this acupoint is the key point for treating lack of milk after childbirth. Daily massage can help dredge the meridians and mammary glands, as well as promote blood circulation and blood flow in the breasts. In addition, the Rugen point can also regulate chest tightness, cough, asthma, etc.

2. Tanzhong Point

The Danzhong point is on the midline of the human body, at the midpoint of the line connecting the nipples on both sides. Generally, the Danzhong point is used in traditional Chinese medicine to treat problems such as shortness of breath, chest tightness, and cough.

For women, frequently massaging this acupoint is beneficial for regulating qi and opening the chest, and can prevent breast hyperplasia, low milk production, breast lumps, and breast obstruction in women.

3. Qimen acupoint

The Qimen point is also located directly below the nipple, between the sixth intercostal space of the human body. This point is mainly massaged during daily massage, and it is best to feel a sore and swollen feeling.

Qimen point is an acupuncture point on the liver meridian, which can regulate vomiting, nausea, abdominal distension, etc. Because the health of women's breasts is greatly affected by the liver, massaging the Qimen acupoint can also regulate problems such as breast lumps and breast pain.

4. Shaoze Point

Shaoze point is not on the chest, but on the outside of the base of the little toe. In traditional Chinese medicine, this point is mainly used to treat breast swelling and pain, lack of milk, dizziness, headache and sore throat. It is especially suitable for women suffering from mastitis after childbirth.

5. Large caves

Dabao point is also known as Dabao point. This point is located 6 inches below the center of the armpit, between the sixth rib. In addition to maintaining women's breast health, this acupoint also improves body pain, limb weakness and body weight loss. It is a health care point for modern sedentary people.
