Have you detoxified your breasts today? How do breasts detoxify?

Except for some girls whose breast underdevelopment is caused by lack of nutrients in the body, most girls have slow metabolism of chest muscles and surrounding tissues, which prevents toxins from being excreted and nutrients from being absorbed. So how should the chest be detoxified?

Step 1: Lymphatic detoxification

The two sides of the chest connecting to the neck are the largest lymphatic vessel concentration area in the body. This area is prone to toxin accumulation. If lymphatic detoxification is not performed, the metabolism of thymus cells will be directly affected. Use the index and middle fingers of both hands to press the depression behind the ear, and start to push downward to clear the blockage, all the way to the clavicle at the shoulder. Repeat this action 5-8 times. The best effect is achieved when you feel a slight warmth on both sides of your neck. Be careful not to scratch your skin with your nails.

Step 2: Circular massage

After lymphatic detoxification is completed, the metabolism of thymus cells will be much more vigorous, and this is the most suitable time for an overall circular massage. Use one hand to gently support your breasts to prevent them from sagging or expanding outward. Use the other hand to start from the middle of the chest, wrap the chest with the palm of your hand, and rotate the tiger's mouth to wrap the chest. This action can effectively prevent the growth of accessory breasts and promote the growth of muscles above the chest. Repeat 5-8 times.

Step 3: Push the massage

After massaging the upper part of the chest, you should start working on the lower part. Put your palms together, start from the place where the lower edge of one side of the chest meets the ribs, and push the chest upward with balanced force using four fingers side by side. Don't use too much force, and move gently and slowly. This movement can make the breasts develop upward, become firmer and more elastic, and at the same time it can also shift the fat on the lower edge of the breasts to the chest. Repeat this movement 3-5 times, and be sure to do it slowly.

Step 4: Lifting massage

Pushing up the lower edge of the chest can make the breasts firmer. After doing this movement, you should lift and massage the upper part of the chest. Use the tips of four fingers to press above the nipple, gradually apply force to lift the breast up. This force will make the breast firm. Move the fingertips upward to the clavicle and repeat. Doing this 3-5 times a day can effectively make the breasts firm and round.

Step 5: Acupoint massage

The metabolism of the chest is also closely related to the acupoints around the chest. The most closely related one is the middle part of the line connecting the two nipples. This position is called the Tanzhong point, which is an important acupoint on the Ren meridian. Pressing here with the tip of your finger can greatly improve symptoms such as slow breast development, chest pain, difficulty breathing, palpitations and pain. It can also promote blood circulation in the upper body and detoxification of the chest. Press with the tip of your index finger for 1-2 minutes.

Step 6: Massage the outer edge

The last step is to clear the overall blockage. Hold your breasts on both sides with your hands respectively, use the tiger's mouth to hold the breasts to prevent them from moving, and slowly move up and down along the arc of the outside of the breasts. The outer edge of the breasts held by the tiger's mouth can be well relaxed and massaged. This action can promote the expansion of the breast cup, speed up the metabolism of chest muscles, and reduce the accumulation of peripheral accessory breasts and fat.
