Cardiac inflammation is a type of chronic gastritis, which only involves inflammation in different parts of the gastric mucosa. Chronic gastritis is a chronic inflammation or atrophic lesion of the gastric mucosa caused by different causes. There is still no specific medicine for its treatment. It is advisable to choose easily digestible and non-irritating food, avoid smoking, drinking, strong tea, eat small meals frequently, and chew slowly. Go to the hospital's gastroenterology department for regular follow-up and have a gastroscopy review after six months to a year.

1. Keep a happy spirit. Depression or excessive tension and fatigue can easily cause pyloric sphincter dysfunction, bile reflux and chronic gastritis. 2. Quit smoking and drinking. The harmful components in tobacco can increase gastric acid secretion and produce harmful stimuli to the gastric mucosa. Excessive smoking can cause bile reflux. Excessive drinking or long-term consumption of strong liquor can cause congestion, edema, and even erosion of the gastric mucosa, and significantly increase the incidence of chronic gastritis. You should quit smoking and drinking. 3. Use with caution and avoid drugs that are harmful to the gastric mucosa. Long-term abuse of such drugs can damage the gastric mucosa, causing chronic gastritis and ulcers.

4. Actively treat the infection foci in the oropharynx and avoid swallowing sputum, mucus and other contaminated secretions into the stomach, which may cause chronic gastritis. 5. Pay attention to eating too sour, too spicy and other irritating foods as well as raw, cold and difficult to digest foods should be avoided as much as possible. Chew slowly when eating so that the food can be fully mixed with saliva, which is beneficial for digestion and reduces stomach irritation. The diet should be regular, quantitative, and nutritious, and eat more foods rich in vitamins A, B, and C. Avoid taking stimulating drinks such as strong tea and strong coffee.
