Folic acid supplementation

If women increase the intake of foods rich in folic acid in their daily diet, they can reduce the incidence of ovarian cancer. Swiss researchers found that women who regularly eat foods rich in folic acid have a 74% lower risk of developing ovarian cancer than women who rarely eat folic acid foods. As for folic acid, it is a water-soluble vitamin B that is rich in green vegetables, citrus fruits and whole grains.

Pay attention to high calcium diet

What foods should we eat to maintain our ovaries? American researchers have found that daily intake of high-calcium foods can reduce the incidence of ovarian cancer. The survey results show that people who consume high-calcium foods every day have a 46% lower incidence of ovarian cancer than those who do not consume enough calcium.
