You can add white aconite root, cicada shell, dried earthworm, etc. to enhance the effect of the prescription in relieving spasms, unblocking meridians and promoting voice. Insufficient liver blood, lack of nourishment to the voice box Treatment method: Nourish blood, nourish tendons, activate collaterals and open up voice. Prescription: Siwu Decoction (Taiping Huimin Hejijufang) with modifications. 15g of Rehmannia root, 15g of Paeonia lactiflora, 10g of Angelica sinensis, and 10g of Ligusticum chuanxiong. You can add Polygonum multiflorum, Lycium barbarum, Morus alba, Ligustrum lucidum, etc. to enhance the liver and blood nourishing effect of this prescription; add scorpion, Bombyx batryticatus, centipede, cicada shell, etc. to relieve spasms and promote voice. 2. Acupuncture (1) The main acupoints are Renying, Xietu, Tiantu, Daying, and the auxiliary acupoints are Hegu, Quchi, Taixi, Houxi, Zhaohai, etc. Take two main acupoints and two auxiliary acupoints each time, once a day.
