What to do if the tumor spreads? How to deal with the spread of tumors

Tumor is a disease that is very harmful to the human body. Its pathogenic cells will constantly invade and devour normal cells in the human body, causing the tumor to spread. This is harmful to people's health and the treatment of the disease. So what are the solutions to prevent tumor spread?

1. Principles of tumor spread

1: Tumor metastasis refers to secondary lesions of the same type caused by the migration of primary tumor cells at a certain distance from the primary tumor site. According to the TNM classification, the spread of a tumor to the peripheral lymph nodes of an organ tissue cannot be considered metastasis (N). It must pass through blood vessels, lymphatic vessels, or directly migrate to another organ tissue at a certain distance to be considered metastasis (M).

2: What is the principle of metastasis? The most common way is through lymphatic vessels, which are the transfer between organs and tissues: 1) Tumor cells grow in the primary organ. 2) Tumor cells spread to lymphatic vessels and grow on them. 3) Tumor cells break into the lymphatic vessels and begin to gradually detach and migrate along the flow of lymph. 4) Tumor cells adhere to a part of an organ tissue through which the lymphatic vessels pass.

3: Tumor cells have strong invasiveness, which is different from the "swollen tumor" answered by someone above. This can be said of benign tumors, but malignant tumors often do not invade by forming a lump on the surface of the organ, but the malignant tumor cells continue to invade the substantial part of the organ (the inside of the liver, the wall layer of the gastrointestinal tract) until they are completely occupied (occupying the entire liver, or penetrating the wall layer of the gastrointestinal tract). Therefore, the blood vessels and lymphatic vessels inside the organ are particularly susceptible to being affected.

2: What to do if the tumor spreads

1: Please go to a regular hospital for treatment to prevent misdiagnosis. If it is confirmed that lymphoma has spread, it means that the disease has reached the late stage and the cancer cells have been transferred to other parts of the body through the blood. It is very difficult to treat lymphoma in the late stage, and surgery and chemotherapy are not recommended.

2: In the late stage, the patient's body is already very weak, and the resistance and immunity are poor. Surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy will not only fail to eliminate cancer cells, but will also cause great pain to late-stage patients. It is recommended to choose traditional Chinese medicine, go to a regular Chinese medicine hospital, find an experienced Chinese medicine doctor, see the patient, prescribe Chinese medicine, and treat the symptoms.

3: In the late stage, we need to find ways to prolong life, alleviate pain, and improve the patient's quality of life. Nursing work is also very important. The diet should be light, eat small meals frequently, and eat as much as possible as long as you can. Keep warm, go to crowded places less, rest at home more, and don't catch a cold, which can easily cause other complications.

Three: Provide patients with quiet and comfort

environment, do some appropriate things within your ability at home, encourage patients to face it positively, and maintaining a good attitude is also important for recuperation, ensure sleep, take medicine on time, have regular check-ups, and eat more foods that can promote bowel movements.
