1: Pound Xiao Tianxin for 5 minutes

1: Location: At the base of the palm, in the depression where the thenar and hypothenar meet. Operation: Pinch and knead it with the thumb nail, which is called pinching and kneading the small Tianxin; slightly bend the index finger or middle finger, and pound it with the fingertips or interphalangeal joints. Effects: Clearing heat, calming, diuretic, improving eyesight.

2: Calm the liver for 2 minutes

1: Technique: Push from the base of the finger to the fingertip. Frequency: 5-10 minutes. Effect: Clears the lungs and soothes the liver.

Three: Clean the small intestine for 2 minutes

1: Location: On the ulnar (outer) edge of the little finger, in a straight line from the fingertip to the base. Technique: Pushing method, use the side of the thumb or the tip of the finger to push in a straight line on the acupuncture point. Operation: Pushing straight from the base of the finger to the fingertip is for clearing, which is called clearing the small intestine; pushing straight from the base of the finger to the fingertip is for tonifying, which is called tonifying the small intestine. Nourishing the small intestine and clearing the small intestine are collectively called pushing the small intestine. Here it is clearing the small intestine, pushing it 100 to 300 times.

4: Push the kidney tonic for 2 minutes

1: Location: ribbed surface of the distal end of the little finger. Technique: Pushing method, use the side of the thumb or the tip of the finger to push in a straight line on the acupuncture point. Operation: Push along the little finger from the base to the tip, 100 to 300 times.

Five: Rub the outer Laogong for 2 minutes

1: Location: In the center of the back of the hand, opposite to Neilaogong. Technique: Kneading method, fix the fingertips on a certain part or acupoint, and knead in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction. Operation: Rub with your thumb, which is called rubbing Wailaogong. Rub 100~200 times.

6: Push the spleen for 2 minutes

1: Location: threaded surface of the distal segment of the thumb. Technique: Pushing method, use the side of the thumb or the tip of the finger to push in a straight line on the acupuncture point. Operation: Flex the child's thumb and push along the side of the thumb from between the fingers to the base of the finger 100 to 300 times.
