Treatment of tinea capitis, Chinese medicine remedies

Tinea capitis is a fungal skin disease that many people suffer from in their daily lives. If tinea capitis is not treated promptly, it can cause problems ranging from non-inflammatory scaling to severe pustular rash with hair loss. So what are the folk remedies for treating tinea capitis in traditional Chinese medicine?

1. Treatment of tinea capitis

1: Folk remedy 1 (Qingbingxiongku Tang) [Medicines] 3 grams of light powder, 5 grams of borneol, 30 grams each of borax and sophora flavescens, 20 grams each of Dictamni, Smilax glabra, Phellodendron chinense, and realgar, and 1 centipede. [Usage] Add 2500 ml of water to the last 6 herbs, boil until the volume reaches 2000 ml to reduce heat, then add the 3rd decocted herb and mix well. Fumigate your scalp for 30 minutes and then wash it, once a day. Used for tinea capitis.

2: Folk remedy 2 [Medicine] 30 snails. [Preparation] Boil the snails in 3 bowls of water. [Usage] Fumigate and wash the affected area, soak for about 15 minutes each time, 2-3 times a day. Used to treat tinea capitis.

3: Folk remedy 3 [Medicine] 250 grams of peach peel. [Preparation method] Crush the above medicines, add 3300 ml of water, boil until 2000 ml of juice is obtained. [Usage] Drink 1 small cup and use the remaining medicine to wash your hair. Used to treat white baldness (tinea capitis).

4: Folk remedy 4 [Medicine] Cnidium monnieri 60g, [Preparation] Add water to the above medicines and boil them into a soup. [Usage] When the temperature of the medicine solution is neither hot nor cold, rinse the affected area once a day. You can also rinse and then apply the ointment. Used to treat tinea capitis.

5: Ingredients of Recipe 5: Appropriate amount of garlic. Usage: Crush it and use the juice to rub for 3 days. Main indications: tinea capitis. Note: You can also put a single garlic clove on a rusty iron plate and grind it into a paste, apply it to the affected area, apply 3 times in a row.

6: Ingredients of Recipe 6: a few pieces of ginger and an appropriate amount of sorghum wine. Usage: Soak ginger in sorghum wine, take it out and rub it on the affected area, 2 to 3 times a day. Main indications: tinea capitis.

2: The manifestations of tinea capitis can be similar to sebaceous

The range of eczema is from non-inflammatory scaling to severe pustular rash with hair loss, i.e. kerion. The most common manifestation of tinea capitis is hair loss with or without scaling, which may be in scattered patches or may affect the entire scalp. There may be swollen lymph nodes behind the neck or ears.
