At this time, take a deep breath, and inhale slowly to fill your lungs with oxygen. Stop for one or two seconds when you can't inhale anymore. Turn your palms forward and lower your arms in an arc. Then bend your body forward and downward as much as possible. Exhale slowly, trying to expel all the turbid air in your lungs. Pause for one or two seconds when you can't exhale anymore. Repeat 50 times.
