In modern life, many people suffer from hemorrhoids due to bad living habits such as sitting for long periods of time without exercise and playing with mobile phones during defecation. Hemorrhoids can cause problems such as difficulty in defecation and constipation, which can lead to anal fissures. How should patients with hemorrhoids be treated if they also have anal fissures?

1: Anal fissure treatment methods

1: Prepare 150 grams of Bletilla striata and 40 grams of honey. Put the white radish into the pot, add appropriate amount of water, boil until the juice is thick, remove the white radish, use low heat to concentrate the juice into a paste, remove from the heat, mix evenly with boiled honey, and after cooling, put into a bottle to make the white radish paste. Apply to the affected area after defecation and fix with dressing, once a day. Treat anal fissure.

2: Take 30g each of raw rehmannia, white peony root, 15g each of Sophora japonica flower, Stephania tetrandra, licorice, 10g each of rhubarb and Corydalis yanhusuo. Take 1 dose daily, decocted in water and taken in 2 doses. It is mainly used to clear away heat, cool blood, promote blood circulation and relieve pain. Mainly used to treat anal fissure.

3: Frankincense and myrrh ointment: 20 grams each of frankincense and myrrh, 10 grams of Salvia miltiorrhiza, 5 grams of borneol, and 30 grams of honey. The specific production method is: first grind the first four herbs into extremely fine powder, use an appropriate amount of 75% ethanol, soak for about 5 days, add honey and mix well, boil it into a paste, and then store it in a sterilized glass bottle for later use. When using, first empty your bowels, then take a sitz bath in 1:5000 potassium permanganate solution for about 10 minutes, then clean the fissure wound with hydrogen peroxide solution, and absorb the foam with a dry cotton swab, apply an appropriate amount of ointment to the wound, then cover with sterile gauze and secure with tape. Change the dressing once a day until the wound heals.

2. Treatment of internal hemorrhoids

1: The external treatment remedy for hemorrhoids with rhubarb and eggs: prepare 50 grams of rhubarb and 2 eggs. First, put the rhubarb into 200 ml of boiling water and cook for one or two minutes, then add the eggs and cook for another 20 minutes. Eat one boiled egg each morning and evening; use the water used to boil the eggs to wash hemorrhoids at night.

2: Beef spleen porridge: 1 beef spleen, 100 grams of polished rice. Wash the beef spleen, use 150 grams each time, cut it into small pieces, and cook it into porridge with rice. Eat on an empty stomach. This recipe can strengthen the spleen and eliminate accumulation. It is suitable for spleen deficiency and food stagnation, and can also treat hemorrhoids and bleeding.

3: Mulberry kernel glutinous rice porridge: 100 grams of mulberry kernels and 150 grams of glutinous rice. Boil the mulberry kernels to extract the juice, and cook it with glutinous rice into porridge. Take 1 to 2 times a day on an empty stomach. This recipe has the effect of nourishing the liver and kidneys and replenishing blood. It is suitable for symptoms such as hemorrhoids, bleeding, irritability, heat and weight loss.

4: Water chestnut syrup: 500 grams of fresh water chestnuts, 90 grams of brown sugar. Wash the fresh water chestnuts, add appropriate amount of water, and boil with brown sugar for 1 hour. Drink the soup and eat water chestnuts once a day. This recipe has the effect of clearing heat and nourishing yin, and is suitable for internal hemorrhoids.
