Constipation, what can you eat to relieve diarrhea?

1. Assorted brown rice porridge

Method: 1. 2. Banana porridge

Ingredients: 100 grams of glutinous rice, 1 banana; 5 grams of rock sugar.

Method: 1. Wash the glutinous rice and soak it in water for 4 hours; peel the banana and cut into cubes. 2. Put the pot on the fire, pour in appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil, pour in glutinous rice and boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and cook until the rice grains are cooked, add diced bananas and boil, add rock sugar and cook until it melts.

3. Taro porridge

Ingredients: 50 grams each of rice, taro, and lean pork; 5 grams each of chopped green onion and cooking wine, 3 grams of salt, and appropriate amounts of sesame oil, MSG, and pepper.

Method: 1. Peel the taro, wash it, blanch it, remove it and cut it into pieces; wash the lean pork and cut it into small cubes; wash the rice and put it into boiling water to cook it into porridge. 2. Place the pot on the fire, pour in sesame oil and heat it, add the diced lean pork and stir-fry until cooked, then add cooking wine. 3. Put the diced lean pork into the porridge pot, add the taro pieces and cook until the rice porridge becomes thick, add salt and MSG, and sprinkle with chopped green onion and pepper.

Efficacy analysis: Taro is rich in dietary fiber, which can promote intestinal peristalsis; lean pork is rich in protein, fat, calcium, iron, phosphorus, etc., which can nourish yin and moisten dryness, and prevent constipation. 4. Rapeseed and potato porridge

Ingredients: 50 grams of rice, 25 grams each of potatoes and rapeseed, 10 grams of onion, and appropriate amount of kelp soup.

Method: 1. Wash the rice and soak it for half an hour. 2. Peel, wash and chop potatoes and onions. 3. Wash the rapeseed, blanch it in boiling water, remove the stems, and mash the leaves. 4. Pour the rice and kelp soup into the pot and bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and cook until done. Add chopped potatoes, chopped onions and rapeseed leaves and cook until done.

Efficacy analysis: Rapeseed contains dietary fiber, which can promote the baby's intestinal motility; potatoes can aid digestion. Eating them together can prevent and treat baby's habitual constipation.
