Rhubarb is the main ingredient to eliminate evil heat; Zhishi is the secondary ingredient to break up solidity; Magnolia officinalis is the auxiliary ingredient to regulate the middle and eliminate dryness.

2. "Yi Fang Kao": If the evil is in the upper burner, it will cause fullness; if the evil is in the middle burner, it will cause bloating; if the stomach is full, it will cause hot flashes; if the yang invades the heart, it will cause madness; if the heat dries up the appetite, it will cause wheezing.
