Oxytetracycline and doxycycline: cause short limb deformity in the fetus.

Chloramphenicol: causes blood circulation disorders, respiratory insufficiency, cyanosis, and abdominal distension in newborns (also known as "gray baby syndrome"). If used in large quantities in the late stages of pregnancy, it can cause neonatal thrombocytopenia, aplastic anemia or fetal death.

Karamicin: causes deafness.

Erythromycin: causes congenital cataracts, limb deformities, etc.

Gentamicin: Causes ear damage to the fetus, and even causes congenital gastric vascular malformations and polycystic kidneys.

Sulfonamides (mainly long-acting sulfonamides and antibacterial enhancers): cause hyperbilirubinemia, kernicterus, and malformations.
