Method 1: Strengthen exercise. Most patients with allergic rhinitis have weak constitutions, which allows rhinitis to take advantage of the situation. Therefore, exercising and improving resistance is the first choice. I insist on jogging, especially in winter. The colder it is, the more I have to get up and exercise. I insist on breathing through my nose. Washing your nasal cavity every morning and evening is very effective and makes your nose feel comfortable.

Method 4: Soak your feet in hot water. The main purpose is to accelerate blood circulation. Friends with rhinitis should have this feeling. When washing feet, the nose is unblocked. Insist on soaking for a period of time every day. If conditions permit, you can buy a foot washer, the kind that can be electrically heated. Soaking your feet while watching TV will have a good effect on relieving rhinitis.

Method 5: Pay attention to hygiene . Don't pick your nose, especially don't pick your nose with your hands or dirty toilet paper. If you feel uncomfortable, find clean water to rinse it.
