Small blood spots on the arm

Small blood spots on the arm

There are many small blood spots on the arms, which will heal automatically without treatment. This will inevitably make people feel very scared. In fact, it is not ruled out that this is because the arm has been bruised recently, or too hot water was used when taking a bath, which will cause the skin to expand during the rapid circulation of blood, so this reaction will occur after the pores expand.

Overview Recently I found a lot of blood spots on my arms. And it will disappear automatically after a while. Sometimes I get scared when I see these blood spots. I was worried that I might have a blood-related disease. For example, hemophilia, purpura, etc. But after talking to my girlfriends, I found that many female friends actually have this confusion. They also went through this situation. Then the red spots disappeared automatically. But I have tried various methods. I think the following methods are necessary.

Steps/Methods: 1. Do not over-stimulate the skin where the bleeding occurs. The blood spots appear because the skin is very thin, and blood overflows from the capillaries and seeps under the skin. So don't scratch or pinch it just because there are blood spots on it, as this will only make the condition worse. Also, don't take a bath in too hot water. We girls are afraid of cold and are used to taking a bath with very hot water. Water that is too hot will accelerate the dilation of blood vessels in the skin. The pores of the skin will expand and become thin under the flushing of hot water. The temperature of the water should be determined based on the temperature of the day. Rinse with warm water if possible.

2 Secondly, you need to rule out whether you are allergic. Some allergies can also cause this condition. At this time, you should ask your doctor to prescribe some anti-allergic drugs. It depends on whether you have been exposed to allergens that you have been exposed to in the past. Such as animal hair, seafood, eggs, etc. Do not apply skin ointment randomly. Because some ointments contain hormones. Some hormones that have vasodilatory effects reach the blood vessels through the skin and aggravate the bleeding points.

3 Finally, observe the size, number and speed of fading of the blood spots. If there are a large number of them, they are large in diameter, and they do not disappear for a long time, you should go to the hospital for a blood test.

Note: Rinse with warm water. Avoid irritation. Do not use medicine indiscriminately. Eat more fruits and vegetables.
