How to treat cerebral vasospasm? Can it be cured?

Although cerebral vasospasm is a serious disease, it can be cured if we actively treat it. We should pay attention to a reasonable diet and exercise appropriately. If necessary, we can take medication under the guidance of a doctor.

(1) Eat a balanced diet. It is recommended to eat more fresh vegetables and fruits and less greasy food. It is recommended to drink red wine (50-100mml) and green tea, and eat yellow foods (such as carrots, sweet potatoes, corn, tomatoes, etc.), black fungus and oatmeal.

(2) Exercise moderately. The best exercise is walking. It is very safe if you master the "three, five, seven" exercise. "Three" means walking 3 kilometers every day for more than 30 minutes; "Five" means exercising more than five times a week; "Seven" means the heart rate after exercise plus age is about 170. This amount of exercise is of moderate intensity. In addition, you can also jog, do yoga, practice Tai Chi, ride a bike, swim, etc. according to your personal situation. It has been reported that cerebral arteriosclerosis can be prevented in people who do exercise equivalent to walking or jogging for 3 kilometers.

(3) Quit smoking and limit alcohol consumption. The harm of smoking is unquestionable, and we should be determined to quit it. If you are still unable to quit smoking completely, it is recommended that you limit your smoking to 5 cigarettes per day. You can drink alcohol in moderation. It is recommended to drink a small amount of red wine, no more than 300ml of beer, and no more than 25ml of liquor. Absolutely no alcoholism.

(4) Psychological balance. A healthy lifestyle is important, and among all health care measures, mental balance is the most critical. Eliminating worries about illness, establishing a correct attitude towards illness, maintaining a calm mind and a happy mood, and avoiding emotional excitement can almost antagonize all internal and external unfavorable factors.
