1. Kuding Tea

1: Kuding tea has both health-care and anti-inflammatory effects, and undergoes chemical changes with oral saliva to moisturize the mouth and produce a cooling sensation, thereby achieving an analgesic effect. Honey has good antibacterial and anti-inflammatory, astringent and detoxifying, blood stasis removing and analgesic effects. The two are used together to achieve better results for acute (chronic) pharyngitis. The specific method is: take 3-10 grams of Kuding tea, brew it with boiling water and drink it, or wrap 10 grams of Kuding tea with gauze, put it in a teacup, brew it with boiling water, add a tablespoon of honey after it cools down, stir evenly for later use, gargle for 2-3 minutes each time, several times a day, 5-7 days as a course of treatment.

2. Tongue root exercise

1: Pharyngitis causes sore throat, dry and itchy throat, and a foreign body sensation when swallowing. You can use tongue root exercises to achieve good therapeutic effects. That is: close your mouth, put the tip of your tongue against your teeth, rotate clockwise 18 times, counterclockwise 18 times, and then swallow the saliva in your mouth three times. Do this once in the morning and once in the evening.

1: Take 10 walnuts, remove the hard shell but keep the skin, and take twice a day, morning and evening. A course of treatment is 15 days. Walnuts have anti-inflammatory, lung-moistening, phlegm-resolving and cough-relieving effects. It can cure diseases such as sore throat and cough.
