If you feel your neck and shoulders are stiff, and your head remains in one position and dares not move, like a robot, this means that your cervical spine is severely overworked. The cervical vertebrae, ligaments and muscles form a stable structure. If you maintain the same posture for a long time, the cervical vertebrae will degenerate, the ligaments will loosen, and the muscles will spasm, causing cervical fatigue, which will radiate to the shoulders and neck, causing stiffness and numbness. |
