When it comes to anemia in women, probably many women will feel this. 1. Nutritional anemia: mainly refers to severe iron deficiency in the body. It can adjust the nutritional structure of the diet and eat scientifically. The prompt measures taken are to quickly transfuse plasma, dextran and normal saline to replenish blood volume and rescue the shock state. Patients with a history of chronic bleeding or low iron stores should take oral iron supplements one to two months after the bleeding stops to promote red blood cell production and replenish iron stores.

3. Physiological anemia: Ensure adequate energy intake. Eat enough animal foods because they contain more iron and protein. Heme iron is found in animal foods and its absorption rate is much higher than non-heme iron in plant foods. Secondly, you need to choose foods containing vitamin C, such as some fresh fruits and vegetables, which are all good choices.
